Terms and Conditions for the Use of Whois-Privacy

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the provision of WHOIS privacy service ("Service") by DomRobot UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Provider"). By ordering the Service, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service
The Service provides the Customer with the option to use the Provider's contact information instead of the Customer's contact information in the public WHOIS database. The Provider agrees to receive and forward any correspondence intended for the Customer.

3. Personal Information
The domain registrar will collect and protect personal information provided by the domain owner, such as name, address, email, phone number, and any other contact information required by ICANN regulations.

4. Disclosure
The domain registrar will not disclose the personal information of the domain owner to any third party, except as required by ICANN regulations, a court order, or as necessary to protect the domain registrar's legal rights or the safety of others.

5. Accuracy
The domain owner is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information to the domain registrar. The domain registrar is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the personal information provided by the domain owner.

6. Renewals
The domain owner is responsible for renewing the Whois privacy service on an annual basis, in addition to renewing the domain name registration.

7. Fees
The domain owner will be charged a fee for the Whois privacy service, which may be included in the domain registration fee or charged separately.

8. Limitations of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Data Protection
The Provider shall comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The Provider shall process personal data only for the purposes of providing the Service and in accordance with the Customer's instructions.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination of these Terms, the Provider shall no longer provide the Service to the Customer, and the Customer shall immediately remove the Provider's contact information from the public WHOIS database.

12. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Customer's continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the changed Terms.

By using the WHOIS privacy service provided by DomRobot UG (haftungsbeschränkt), you agree to the above terms and conditions.
